The Union Cycliste Internationale have publishing the start list for the elite men’s 2007 World Championships time trial in Stuttgart. The event starts at 12.30 local time on Thursday, September 27.

Britain’s David Millar and Bradley Wiggins are among the top seeded riders and head off towards the end of the day. Millar starts on the 45 kilometre at 3.20pm and Wiggins fourth from last at 3.26pm.

Defending World Champion and pre-race favourite Fabian Cancallara is last man off at 3.29pm.
