Brice Feillu Career Profile
The younger brother of sprinter Romain Feillu, Brice Feillu is arguably the greater talent.
A very different rider to Romain, however, Brice is tall, slight and a climber, whereas his brother specialises in the bunch gallops.
Feillu the younger certainly made an impression in his debut season as a professional. Being selected for the Tour de France in his first year was impressive enough, but not content with just making up the numbers, Feillu escaped on the seventh stage of the race.
Feillu escaped to win on the final climb of the stage to Arcalis. The first mountain stage of the race, his first win as a pro and his first Tour de France. A remarkable feat and you can guarantee there'll be a lot more to come from this young Frenchman.
