Perf's Pedal race cancelled

Perfs Pedal Race general action

The Perf's Pedal race scheduled for February 14 has now been cancelled due to a double booking at the Thruxton Motor Circuit.

The 45 year old early season classic had been forced to switch from the planned road circuit, based on Portsdown, Hampshire, due to poor road surfaces following recent bad weather, but organiser Mick Waite has now been forced to scrap the event altogether.

"My sincere apologies go to all the riders who have said supported this event," said Waite. "At this point I would like to thank the people who have worked with me over the past weeks to try and make this event happen."
