Sir Jimmy Savile and Russell Downing, Dave Rayner Dinner 2010
Numerous stars of cycling, both past and present, turned out to support the 2010 Dave Rayner Fund Dinner at the Bradford Hilton on Saturday, November 13.
Fresh HTC-Columbia signing Matt Brammeier was guest of honour at the fund-raising evening, with proceeds directly going to help aspiring young riders.
Joining former Rayner fundee Brammeier at the event were Bradley Wiggins, Russell and Dean Downing, Sir Jimmy Savile, Lizzie Armitstead, Adam Blythe and Brian Robinson.
An auction of cycling memorabilia caused its usual frenzy among the guests, with a price of £3,200 paid for Thor Hushovd's 2010 Tour de France green points jersey.
CW photographer Andy Jones was on hand to capture the evening, and we present a selection of his photos in this article. You can see the full selection of Andy's photos in the gallery section.
You can find out more about the late Dave Rayner and the fund set up in his memory at its official website.
