Wiggins moves up in UCI Worldtour Ranking

Briton Bradley Wiggins' overall win in the Critérium du Dauphiné on Sunday has moved him up to 12th spot in the latest edition of the Union Cycliste Internationale's 2011 Worldtour Ranking.

Wiggins (Sky) earned 100 points for winning the prestigious French stage race plus points for placing highly in the opening prologue and individual time trial stage. His 2011 tally is now 181 points, over 10 times his total of 18 points last season.
