Topeak RedLite UFO rear bike light
With the nights starting to draw in, now is the time to rifle through your cupboards and make sure you have at least one back-up light on your bike at all times.
This week's round-up gives you plenty of options in case you can't find them - and of course you might decide you're due an upgrade.
Your safety on the roads is one of the most important considerations after all, and having a decent rear light with you is absolutely vital.
We will be posting full tests of a selection of these rear lights soon.

I'd add the R1 Lunar to the list (1watt light). Great little light (but powerful) for about £13 from Planet X. I dont think you need much else.

The UFO is the worst light I have ever owned. Used it in the rain on it's first outing and it broke (with mudguards). Had it replaced and after a few months it started turning itself off if I went over a bump. On the plus side it was good when it worked!
