Andy Fenn career history
Andy Fenn is a successful product of British Cycling's talent scouting and development programme. Fenn's potential was spotted whilst riding for Welwyn Wheelers cycling club, where he was picked up by BC's Talent Team after a string of wins in track endurance disciplines as an under-16.

Fenn secured a place on the British Cycling Academy, where young riders are nutured for the track and road. Success came quickly, with two gold medals at the 2008 Junior European Track Champs in the team and individual pursuit disciplines.

A bronze medal at the Beijing round of the 2010-11 UCI Track World Cup in the team pursuit followed at senior level.

Fenn's road career really took off in 2011 when he was signed up by the An Post-Sean Kelly team. A stage win at the Tour de Bretagne and bronze at the under-23 men's world champs road race caught the eye of Belgian team Omega Pharma-QuickStep, who signed up Fenn for the 2012 season - his first in cycling's top-flight WorldTour.
