Sagan rockets ahead for Tirreno stage win, Horner grabs lead

Peter Sagan wins, Tirreno-Adriatico 2012, stage four

Peter Sagan rocketed ahead of Liquigas team-mate Vincenzo Nibali and the select group that arrived in Chieti's centre to win Tirreno-Adriatico stage four on Saturday.

"I didn't make a mistake, we played our cards, two cards," Sagan explained. "I waited until he was away, but I saw Danilo [Di Luca] was taking him back. I overtook Danilo and Vincenzo at the same time. What's important is to get a win for Liquigas."
