Along the way, Barry and Lloyd give you an insight into what it takes to ride a mountains stage of the Giro, including tips to combat the cold, keeping energy levels up, descending skills and much more.
The 186km stage from Falzes/Pfalzen to Cortina d'Ampezzo covers four spectacular mountain climbs in the snow-covered Dolomites, with a breathtaking descent to the finish in Cortina d'Ampezzo.

Tremendous - comphrehensive - no bullshit - good language- 'cool was a great word at one tine and it suits this clip - was like listening to Leinster's Leo Cullen speaking after saturday's Heineken Cup as everything around him was, naturally, going mad.
