Hannah Barnes crashes out of the Tour de San Luis

After her dream start to the 2014 season on Tuesday, Britain's Hannah Barnes experienced cycling's cruel side yesterday as she crashed out of the Tour de San Luis.

Barnes, who started yesterday's second stage as race leader by virtue of her victory 24 hours earlier, abandoned the Argentinean event after suffering a deep cut to her knee and bruising and cuts to her hip in a mid-stage fall.
