100 miles later... Castelli Sanremo Thermosuit
Castelli Sanremo Thermosuit
Coming under the Body Paint title Castelli's Thermosuit does seem a little wrong the first time you wear it, like you're leaving the house with your pants outside your trousers or something.
Once used to it though the onesie is just brilliant. Aiming to offer the freedom of summer kit it's certainly the least restrictive winter gear we've ever tried and with no chance of gapping it does away with a lot of bulk.
Based on the excellent Sorpasso winter tight you can balance differing temperature needs with base layers alone, meaning it's suitable from about 12degrees down to four. £250 seems expensive but compared to tights and jacket at this level offers good value.
