Just one week before the National 25-mile Championship, Matt Bottrill (Drag2zero.com) underlined his great form when he sliced more than a minute off his own course record when he won the Rugby RCC 10 on Saturday.

Bottrill clocked 18-25 for the K11/10T course near Thurlaston, taking 1-05 off his own record and winning by 25 seconds from Matt Clinton, the Mike Vaughan Cycles rider who will also line-up at the National Championships.
