Yorkshire on top in cyclo-cross Inter Area Team Championships

Yorkshire were the big winners in the Inter Area Team Championships in Middlesbrough on Sunday, winning three of the four main categories at Prissick Base.

Host region North East saw Adam Martin cross the line first in the senior race, and they placed four riders inside the top ten. But with their fourth counter being part of their B team, they were pipped by Yorkshire with Nick Barnes, Dieter Droger, Rob Partridge and Jack Clarkson making up their winning quartet.
