Vincenzo Nibali confirms he'll target third Giro d'Italia title in 2017

The Italian will return to his home race with his new team to target a third career victory

Vincenzo Nibali, the 2014 Tour de France winner, says that he will line up to defend his title in the 100th Giro d'Italia next May.

Nibali won the 2013 title and overhauled Esteban Chaves (Orica-BikeExchange) to take it again this May. With the race passing through his hometown, the Sicilian could not refuse the invitation.
