Tirreno-Adriatico starts on Wednesday, March 7, and finishes on Tuesday, March 13.
The seven-day, WorldTour-level event is the first major Italian stage race of the 2012 season and is used by many riders as a warm-up for the one-day classic, Milan-San Remo on March 17, as well as being a prestigious race in its own right.
Cycling Weekly will be bringing you stage reports, interviews, results and photos from every stage of this year’s Tirreno-Adriatico.
