Seven of the best stowaway cycling jackets
As the nights draw in, and the mercury drops we need to think about how to protect our digits from Jack Frost. As we did in last week’s winter clothing supplement, we have chosen three gloves based on the three climates the winter rider is likely to encounter: wet and warm, British winter, and Baltic. Three weeks ago, we got together 15 gloves, five from each ‘zone’ and we put the most promising through our testing process. These three are an example of a great glove for each condition.
Wet, frozen feet are no fun at all on a ride — you’ll be scurrying home dreaming of slippers. We’ve tested nine pairs of overshoes, from full-on winter warmers to 3-Season covers
