Bell Star Pro helmet review
Does your head get hot in the summer and cold in the winter? Bell's Star Pro helmet allows you to control the amount of ventilation
Everything else is top-class and we can’t fault Bell’s aero data on this £169.99 lid.

Adjuster sits high on head
You can trust Cycling Weekly.
Commuting in autumnal conditions (which arrived in August this year) really demonstrates the versatility of the Star Pro with its tunable vent system.
Open it up and cooling is adequate in temperatures up to 20ºC; on colder mornings or when wet, it was definitely worth sliding the vents closed.
Fitting is similar to that of other recent Bell lids, and uses Ergo Dial for adjustment. Unfortunately, the adjuster sits quite high on the head and doesn’t inspire confidence; consider this before purchase.
