Following last week’s Tech Talk concerning Time’s new pedal range, we thought we’d follow up with a word on how they perform.
Mike has been a regular (ab)user of Time pedals, so he seemed like the ideal person to give them a hammering, and thus far, all is good.
The cleat is the same on the previous I-clic pedals, so that made fitting simple.
Getting into the Xpressos wasn’t quite as easy, as the pedal refuses to hang, suggesting substantially better bearing seals.
Otherwise, they feel very similar, with ample light float and a foot that’s super-close to the axle.
