In our opinion, Bianchi has achieved a mighty fine-looking steed in its Via Nirone 7, a real head-turner that looks far pricier than its £950.
It has shapely hydroformed alloy tubes and wheels that feature paired spoking.
Remaining true to its strong Italian heritage, and resplendent in corporate celeste, Bianchi appears to have invested so heavily in the frame that the rest of the spec is fairly basic: Campagnolo Xenon and an FSA square taper chainset and BB.
That said, it offers a solid ride feel, with no surprises, and the running gear works amply well, although it does add up to overall weight that keeps this bike feeling sluggish.
