Cannondale Pro Cycling

One-man team, whose one man may be leaving at the end of the 2014 season. Cannondale will once again rely on Peter Sagan at the Tour de France, and should once again win the green jersey.

Sit back and watch the green jersey points roll in. Sagan’s not as fast as Marcel Kittel, Mark Cavendish or André Greipel, but he is metronomic in picking up top threes in the flat bunch sprints. Add the wins in hillier stages, and the bonus sprint points, and it’s hard to see how anything but bad luck will stop him winning it for the third year running. He’s scored 400+ points both years he’s won green. Only one other rider (Cavendish) has scored more than 300 in the same years.
