Seven of the best stowaway cycling jackets

Although we have pictured the women's jacket, we have tested both male and female versions and both work exceptionally well.

Easily the most expensive on test, thankfully, the performance makes up for it.

A well-tailored cut, offset zip and hem pull-cords combine to make for a fantastic fit.

Pair this with stretchy fabric from Japanese company Toray and you've got a quality jacket.

Verdict

With reinforced shoulder seams and all round visibility with arm tapes, Rapha's Classic Wind is a jacket well worth the investment.
