dhb Ladies Merino LS base layer tested in our 2013 winter clothing shoot £32.99

This is the first merino undervest I've used, but I was impressed enough by it to want to purchase another.

The fit is fantastic with none of the bagginess or itching wool conjures up.

It's properly warm, but even on extended alpine climbs in seven or eight degree's, it never became too hot, or overwhelmed by moisture.

Verdict

The best compliment you can give a base layer is forgetting your wearing it - the dhb did just this.
