A torque wrench is a worthwhile investment, saving your time and protecting your components from damage

The Effetto Mariposa GiustaForza has the finish and weighty feel of the highest quality workshop parts, with a hard anodised finish and laser-etched scale.

The GiustaForza is a click-type wrench, adjusted in the handle from 2-16Nm. It’s not too lengthy at 165mm either, so should
fit in tight areas should you need it to. Setting the torque is a simple task and a clear scale makes it
even easier.

Fifteen bits are supplied to fit into the magnetic head, and you’re ready to torque. The bits will also cover pretty much any eventuality on your bike, there being 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 hex keys, 3 and 4.5mm flat screwdrivers, Phillips 0, 1, 2 and Torx keys T20,T25,T30. All that’s missing is a swanky presentation box, but for £30 more this could also be yours with the Pro version.

Verdict

It isn’t cheap, but it is an excellent workshop-grade piece of kit — a small price to pay to prolong the life of your components and maybe even yourself.
