Compact multi-tool offering 20 different tools for £33.99

With 20 tools at your disposal including the usual hex keys, screwdrivers, chain tool and spoke keys you could potentially fix all manner of mechanical mishaps by the roadside with the Knog.

It works best when you have selected the tool you require and then close the clasp again. It did have some limitations in use though.

The hex keys are a little short and combined with the square shape make it awkward to adjust any recessed bolts. And the anodised finish started to wear off after a few rides.

The bottle opener is a novel idea as in France they still use glass bottles for Coke (of course it's unthinkable that it is intended for opening beer bottles) so it could be handy for the Etape or a training camp.

Verdict

At £33.99 it may have its work cut out against some of its rivals.
