Two recovery drinks from Endurox and Science in Sport go up against each other
The winner
Price: £8.99
The verdict
Both products contain a good profile of ingredients, but with the dosages not being hit or ratios being out from the ideal, they fall short for recovery after long or intense sessions. Rego pips Endurox R4 to the post as it contains both maltodextrin and fructose as carb sources, proven to support superior fuelling. With more carb per serving too, it is more likely to hit the spot for recovery.
